yes,

u just click on "TOOLS" menu.

%26amp; in General tab click on "Colors"

here u can use the defalut colors.

or

u can use ur own color by tik in check box named " Use hover color"

then click on the color button which is displaying at hover text.

here u can choose ur own colour.
