There's this page poping up frequently on IE?

it's some broadcaster.com and some other sites too. My pop-up blocker settings are alright and I've checked my firewalls settings too. I use Firefox and IE suddenly starts running. it's too frequent like after 30 secs or so. it's getting annoying. please help!

This looks like it may be a Vundo infection. The worst part about this trojan is Symantec and LavaSoft won't remove it. I've enclosed a link that will take you through the process of removing this...but I will warn you...it's gonna be kind of long and painful. It's going to require you downloading some software and running it in safe mode, so be sure to print out the instructions, because you won't have any internet connection when your in safe mode.

run your spyware program in safe mode and remove the malware
use firefox. i.e. sucks. you can use popup blockers, when you download firefox, but you'll have to go through their "add on" features. firefox has less problems, too.

Oh, and Pyria, any popup does not automatically mean that there is "malware" on a system. if the person does not have the appropriate tools on their p.c., then they'll get obnoxious popups. Again, use firefox, and download some add ons. i use FF, NEVER use i.e., it's pure garbage.
It sound like some form of spyware/adware that you've go try running an anti-virus scan then run an anti-spyware/adware scan

install them and update them over then internet then run them see what they catch any problem email my via my profile
Do some scans, you could have some Spy/Adware.
